City of Asheville issued the following announcement on March 23.

The next meeting of the Asheville City Council will be held 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 28, 2023. 

The meeting will be held in the Council Chamber, located on the 2nd Floor of City Hall, 70 Court Plaza.

Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute § 143-318.10 this will be an in-person meeting which the public can also access remotely by any of the following means found at : https://publicinput.com/g4475                                          

 Hearing Loop technology for assistive listening is available in Council Chambers. 

Prior to the 5:00 formal meeting, City Council will be holding a budget worksession beginning at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, located on the 2nd Floor of City Hall. 

No public comment is accepted at worksessions.  Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute § 143-318.10 this will be an in-person worksession which the public can access by any of the following means found at https://publicinput.com/k5363

The meeting will be live on Charter/Spectrum Channel 193, the City’s YouTube Channel, or the City’s Virtual Engagement Hub.
