City of Asheville Police Department issued the following announcement on Jan. 10. 

Asheville Police Detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating Thomas Matthew Orr (02/15/1979.)

Orr has an open warrant for First Degree Burglary. His charges are related to an incident where he broke into an occupied home on Flint Street back on Jan. 5.

Orr is described as a white male, 43-year-old , 5’6″, 198 pounds, bald and has blue eyes. He has a tattoo of barbed wire on his left shoulder.

He is known to frequent the downtown.
