The City of Asheville continues its bi-monthly radio program, “What’s Up AVL!”, providing residents with updates on city projects and initiatives. The latest episode features a discussion about the Riverfront Recovery Projects. Host Sam Parada interviews Communication Specialist Meredith Friedheim and Parks & Recreation Communication Manager Christo Bubenik. They explain the nature of the riverfront projects, discuss how community feedback will be incorporated, and outline upcoming developments.

The program is broadcast live every Wednesday at noon. For those unable to listen live, replays are available from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays on WRES 100.7 FM. Previous episodes can also be accessed on the City of Asheville’s YouTube channel.
