Montreat College reported a 3.6% tuition increase for the 2022-23 school year, based on their most recent disclosure, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics.

Students paid $30,525 to attend the private, four-year, not-for-profit institution this year, which is $1,063 higher than the $29,462 charged during the 2021-22 academic year.

Approximately 52% of the undergraduate students at Montreat College are residents of North Carolina, while about 44% come from other states.

Data indicates that all full-time undergraduates who enrolled at Montreat College in the 2022-23 school year received some form of student financial aid. A total of 207 students were awarded grants or scholarships amounting to $4 million, and 162 students borrowed over $1.2 million in student loans.

Across the entire undergraduate population, 759 students received grants or scholarships totaling $14.4 million. Additionally, 553 students secured $3.7 million in federal student loans.
