County of Haywood issued the following announcement on Nov. 2.

Haywood County Government Offices Closed Friday, November 11, 2022

Most Haywood County government offices will be closed Friday, November 11, 2022 in observance of Veterans Day.

 The Solid Waste Department, including the White Oak Landfill, the Materials Recovery Facility and the Convenience Centers will be open.

All offices will resume a normal schedule on Monday, November 14, 2022.
