County of Haywood issued the following announcement on May 9.

Take Notice that the Haywood County Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting prior to the regular scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting beginning at 3:45 p.m. on Monday, May 16, 2022 in the Haywood County Board of Commissioners Boardroom of the Haywood County Historic Courthouse located at 215 North Main Street, Waynesville, NC.

 The purpose of the meeting is to conduct interviews for the Haywood Community College Board of Trustees.
