A quorum of the Haywood County Board of Commissioners is scheduled to attend the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners (NCACC) District Meeting on March 4, 2026. The event will take place at Southwestern Community College in Sylva, North Carolina, starting at 10:00 a.m.

The meeting aims to update attendees on recent legislative developments in Raleigh and to offer networking opportunities with officials from other counties. Participants will also learn about new NCACC programs and services designed to benefit counties.

“There will be no official Haywood County business conducted at this meeting,” according to the county’s announcement.
