Asheville's radio show explores city infrastructure accomplishments and challenges

The City of Asheville offers a bi-monthly radio show, "What’s Up AVL!", to engage the community with insights from city staff and departments. The program aims to inform residents about various departmental projects within their community.

In the latest episode, host Sam Parada is joined by Jade Dundas, Capital Management Director for the City of Asheville. Their discussion covers topics related to city infrastructure, including achievements in 2024 and the effects of Helene on completed projects. They also discuss future recovery efforts.

Listeners can tune in live every Wednesday at noon or catch replays on WRES 100.7 FM from 12:30-1:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Previous episodes are available on the City's YouTube channel.
