Town of Maggie Valley issued the following announcement on Apr. 7.

We wish you a safe and enjoyable Easter weekend!  Town Hall will be closed in observance of Good Friday on Friday, April 15th, 2022. 

The Town of Maggie Valley offices and services will be running on our regular schedule on Monday, April 18th.  

Trash pick-up will be from 7am until 5pm on Monday and Recycle pick-up from 7am to 5pm on Tuesday, as usual.  Yard Waste, White Goods and E-waste pick-up will all be running on the regular ‘call as needed’ basis.

Storyteller Liz Z Pardue to present ‘Keep NC Weird’ at Pack Memorial Library

Keep NC Weird, a program highlighting the unusual and dark history of North Carolina, will be presented by storyteller Liz Z Pardue at Pack Memorial Library in Asheville on Tuesday, March 31 at 5:30 p.m. The event is free and open to all.
