Thursday, December 16, 2021 – 7:00 p.m.

The Montreat Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter in the Town Hall, 1210 Montreat Road, Montreat, NC.

The purpose of the public hearing is as follows: To consider a variance at 134 Quillan Lane for a residential addition with rear setbacks.
