Former Christ School player Lleyton Thomas-Johnson contributed to his current team, the Washington Bears, as they captured a 74-71 win over the UW Whitewater Warhawks on Saturday, March 7, during the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The contest, held at WashU Field House at 7:35 p.m., marked the first tournament meeting between the Washington Bears and the UW Whitewater Warhawks.
The Bears are scheduled to play again on Friday, March 13, at 7 p.m. at Jerabeck Athletic Center.
