County of Haywood issued the following announcement on Aug. 8.
We know all too well what our neighbors in KY are experiencing.
Haywood County will be taking a trailer of supplies to support flood relief efforts in KY.
Drop off your new or gently used donations to the Haywood County Sheriff's Office at 1620 Brown Avenue in Waynesville (next to the Hazelwood Ingles) M-F 8 - 5.
