County of Haywood issued the following announcement on June 15.
A quorum of the Haywood County Board of Commissioners will be attending the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners (NCACC) District Meeting on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at the Southwestern Community College, 447 College Drive, Sylva, North Carolina beginning at 5:30 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity to learn about the latest legislative developments in Raleigh, to network with officials from other counties, and to learn about the latest NCACC programs and services that benefit counties.
There will be no official Haywood County business conducted at this meeting.
