City of Asheville Street Department issued the following announcement on March 17.
More Sidewalk improvements coming and be aware when in the area
The City of Asheville Street Department will carry out sidewalk replacement starting Monday March 20th, 2023.
A section of sidewalk (see photo) could be closed up to a week.
The sidewalk, driveways, and parking spot closures are located at approximately 144 College St.
No traffic lane closures are anticipated on College St.
