City of Asheville staff have announced the launch of a new Hotel Overlay dashboard aimed at providing detailed information on the impact of the Hotel Overlay District.

The dashboard offers real-time data with bi-monthly updates. It allows community members to easily access project information such as the number of rooms, public benefits provided, and the status of each project. A development application is uploaded to the dashboard following the initial planning review.

The dashboard can be accessed on the City of Asheville website under the Planning and Urban Design Department pages, specifically in the “Maps and Data” tab.
