The City of Asheville’s bi-monthly radio show, "What’s Up AVL!," provides the community with an opportunity to engage with City staff and departments. The program aims to inform residents about various departmental projects within their community.
In the latest episode, host Sam Parada interviews Neighborhood Services Specialist and Asheville native Trey Irby. They discuss Irby's role with the City and the upcoming Festival of Neighborhoods, scheduled for Saturday, September 14, at Martin Luther King Jr Park.
For those unable to catch the live broadcast, replays are available on WRES 100.7 FM every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Additionally, previous episodes can be accessed on the City’s YouTube channel.
