County of Haywood issued the following announcement on Sep 3.
Most Haywood County government offices will be closed on Monday, September 6, 2021, in observance of Labor Day. This includes the County’s Solid Waste Department, the White Oak Landfill and ten (10) Convenience Centers.
All County offices will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 7, 2021. The Board of County Commissioners meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. due to the Labor Day holiday.
