County of Buncombe issued the following announcement on Nov. 4.
Heads up. NC Legal Aid is holding clinics for Flood Survivors to provide advice on appealing their FEMA decision or other storm damage-related matters. The Asheville Clinic is Sunday, Nov. 7. Reminder: the deadline to apply for FEMA Individual Assistance is Nov. 8.
