The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Katie Dean, Katie Dean for Congress, refunded $1,000 to Robert Lotane on July 8, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Katie Dean for Congress has refunded $1,000 total since Feb. 1.
