County of Buncombe issued the following announcement on Apr. 26.
Join Ranger Brandon and Ranger Zach at Lake Julian Park on Saturday, May 14 and you will learn how to build your own handline fishing rig and then test it out on the fish of Lake Julian Park. Deadline to register is May 7!
