The City has announced the suspension of its Sustainability Rebate Program, effective March 31, 2025. This decision comes as a result of Tropical Storm Helene, which has impacted anticipated revenue. The remaining funds from the program will be redirected to support recovery efforts.

Community members with eligible projects are encouraged to submit their rebate applications promptly. Projects will be evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis while funds last until the program's suspension. The City Council approves funding for this program annually within the fiscal year budget running from July 1 to June 30.

The future availability of this program in FY26 remains uncertain. Community members should consider this suspension and timeline when planning their projects.
